Your satisfaction is important to us!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  To return your item,  within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item, please call (405) 943-5600 and speak to the manager on duty.  Please have your receipt when you call, as you will need to provide reference information from the receipt during the call.  Your purchase will be verified over the phone and you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).  YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA# TO RETURN ANY ITEM.  You must request an RMA # within 14 days of receipt of the item.  The item must be shipped back to our store in its original packing with all tags intact.  The item must be in new, undamaged, unused condition.  The item must be received within 30 days of original purchase.  The cost of returning the item to us is not refundable.  If you are shipping the item back, please be sure you have properly packaged the item to prevent any damage which may occur during shipping.  We also recommend you insure the item to protect you from any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.  You are responsible for the item until it is received back in our shop.
 
Upon receipt of the the returned item, and verification the item is in original, like new condition, you will be refunded.  If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded.  If you paid by check, your refund will be by company check.
